The company was founded in 1997 by Lutz Kehrberg. He has over 25 years of experience in different management functions, including management in the building and real estate industry. Owing to the assignment of duties and particular personnel responsibilities as well as the social and professional competence associated with this, he also has profound knowledge in filling management positions.

Nationwide, mainly positions are filled in the fields of acquisition, assessment, development, financing, planning, implementation, letting, sale and management of real estate.

In the building industry, mainly positions are filled in the areas of planning engineering, site supervision, controlling, purchasing, cladding technology, domestic technology, calculation, commercial management, superstructure management, branch management in road construction and civil engineering as well as in structural engineering and turnkey constructions.

In the course of many years, an extensive and efficient network has been built up on all executive levels, which can be used today in an optimum manner when solving customers� problems.
